The Decemberists always take great care with the graphics on their web site and albums, etc. so why should their set list be any different? So far, Colin Meloy and Co. are the only band I’ve seen who print their lists on decorated paper

BTW, the group has an awesome Tour Archive on the official Decemberists web site, tracking shows and providing song lists (recaps, not on these decorated sheets) of every show, sometimes with other details.
